One of our great strengths is a warm, dedicated teaching staff. Our teachers come to Rogers-Pierce with a wealth of varied educational and teaching experiences.

Some of our staff members trace their first days with us back to the 1980s. All of our teaching staff meet or exceed the qualifications set by the Massachusetts Office of Child Care Services. They have been trained in early childhood education, first aid, and infant/child CPR. They regularly attend workshops and seminars to enhance their skills.

Our full staff includes a director, bookkeeper, teachers, assistant teachers, a floating teacher, teacher’s aides, consultants, and music and movement specialists. In addition, we consult with special needs professionals from other school systems.
